Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to Rekordin websites, applications, credits, recordings and related services. By creating an account, purchasing credits or starting a recording, you agree to these Terms and any checkout terms shown to you at that time.

You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you use Rekordin for a child or another person who cannot consent independently, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them and will follow the additional safeguards shown by Rekordin and the venue.

Rekordin lets players record games at participating venues equipped with compatible cameras and hardware. A typical session lets you choose an available court, review the estimated credit cost, start and stop recording, then watch, review, download or share the resulting video.

Availability depends on the venue, court, connectivity, hardware and account status. A venue may separately provide court hire, coaching or other services. Those venue services remain subject to the venue's own terms unless Rekordin expressly says otherwise.

• Provide accurate, current account and payment information.
• Keep passwords, login links and verification codes confidential.
• Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan, storage or access limits.
• Tell Rekordin promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or an incorrect charge.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us.

Before recording, you must make sure every participant has received the required notice and has agreed where consent is required. You must not record secretly, record outside the designated playing area, or use Rekordin where recording is prohibited.

Extra care is required for children and vulnerable participants. The account holder and venue are responsible for following the consent flow, signage and safeguarding requirements presented for the session. Starting a recording confirms that you are authorised to do so.

Rekordin credits pay for eligible recording time and related features. The applicable rate and an estimated session cost will be displayed before recording begins. Credits are service units, are not money, do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where the Refund Policy or applicable law requires.

Taxes, payment-provider charges, pack validity and membership benefits will be shown at purchase. If a recording is verified as failed, credits charged for that failed recording are returned to your Rekordin balance under the Refund Policy.

Recording quality can vary because of lighting, player position, obstructions, connectivity and venue hardware. Rekordin does not promise that every session will be uninterrupted or capture every moment. Review important recordings promptly and download them before their displayed storage period ends.

Storage periods may vary by membership, recording type or launch offer. Expired or deleted files may not be recoverable. Rekordin may process recordings to encode, stream, secure, diagnose and deliver the features you request.

You retain the rights you have in your recordings. You grant Rekordin a limited licence to host, copy, encode, transmit and otherwise process a recording only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, comply with law, and follow your sharing or download instructions.

Share links only with intended recipients. You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you grant and any copy you download or publish outside Rekordin. Do not upload, share or use recordings in a way that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or safeguarding rights.

• Do not misuse cameras, tamper with venue hardware or interfere with another session.
• Do not access another person's account, recording or private share link without permission.
• Do not use Rekordin for harassment, surveillance, unlawful profiling or exploitation.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass security and usage controls.
• Do not resell credits or commercialise recordings unless Rekordin and all rights holders permit it.

Rekordin may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect participants, venues, the service or other users; investigate fraud or security incidents; comply with law; or address a material breach. You may stop using Rekordin at any time and request account closure. Terms that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, content permissions already relied on, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive closure.

Rekordin is provided on an available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Rekordin is not responsible for venue operations, court safety, participant conduct, or losses caused by your failure to secure permissions or download a recording before expiry. Any liability limit shown at checkout must be interpreted subject to applicable law.

Rekordin may update these Terms as the product, law or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email and will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Rekordin Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India is the contracting entity unless checkout or account details identify another Rekordin entity. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights that apply where you live.
